Another example of good customer service from both Barry and Lee last Sunday: I picked car up on Saturday and went for a ride in my new car. I planned to go out on Sunday morning for another long ride and found after leaving Aldi by your top garages coming down the hill I could hear a clicking noise from the car. Stopped at the bottom of the hill and found a screw in the front tyre 85 miles on the clock . We called into your garage as I did not have a screwdriver to remove the screw. Barry got me one and then I went to remove it but it had gone right through. Dear Mr Griffin, I recently purchased a used Kia Picanto for my daughter. I'm so impressed with the service I received I had to write and tell you. The salesman Martin Jones was so courteous, from our first meeting nothing was too much trouble. He answered all my concerns and took any worries I had and came back with the answers I needed. He made us feel so special, after sorting out registration of my daughters private plate etc, it was time to collect the car we bought. When we arrived we saw her car all sparkling waiting for her to collect. We met Stuart Hooper who sorted out all the paperwork and we were escorted to her car. Martin demonstrated all the controls, the car was immaculate. It's so refreshing to get such excellent service, nothing has been too much trouble. I wanted to let you know how happy I am as one of your customers, and in particular pay praise to Martin. This is my second car from Griffin Mill, I bought a new Kia Soul in 2011. Both experiences have been faultless with exceptional service on both occasions. I hope you didn't mind me writing to you and let you know.
