Inspired by bicycle seat technology, the driver and front passenger seats offer exceptional comfort by distributing and supporting bodyweight. The effect is to reduce the impact on your body of long periods in the car. Not only that but the seats offer a premium design and are trimmed in sustainable material to reduce your impact on the environment. Intelli-Seats are standard on the GS model.

There’s plenty of space in the Frontera for life - kids, dogs, shopping, luggage - sometimes all at once. The voluminous boot has a flat load floor, with a useful concealed compartment beneath. Need even more space to transport something really big? Extend the load area to up to a class leading 1,600 litres and 1.95 m in length by folding down the rear seats.

The Frontera is equipped with a stunning 10” colour touchscreen within the Pure Panel. This wirelessly “mirrors” your phone content via Apple CarPlay® or Android Auto™, while it charges. And yes, that’s wireless too - via the induction charge pad.

Let’s start with the GS. Alongside the wireless charging pad, there are two USB-C ports in the front, with two in the rear and - if you opt for the 7-Seat Pack - one more in the very back. The GS also has a useful centre console which doubles up as an armrest and phone pockets for the rear seat passengers. The Design trim has one USB-C port in the front. Both models come with a useful Flex Strap to keep phones and cups in place, along with generous storage within the door pockets for drinks bottles & more.

The chrome-free Vauxhall Vizor sweeps across the front of the new Frontera, seamlessly integrating the Vauxhall Griffin logo and the IntelliLED® headlights into a single styling element. We like to call it bold and pure design. The Vauxhall Vizor and the IntelliLED® headlights with automatic high beam come as standard features on all Frontera models.

Regardless of whether you choose the hybrid or electric version, driving the Frontera is energising. Both give you instant acceleration and superb handling and the convenience of no gears to shift. Honestly? You’ll love it.

The new Frontera is fitted with tech that’s been developed to make driving easier and safer. Everything from Lane Keep Assist and Active Safety Braking - which we’re giving you a glimpse of here - to Risk of Collision Warning, Speed Sign Display, Speed Limiter and Driver Attention Alert. The GS additionally comes with Blind Spot Detection.

Bold, confident stance, LED headlights, rear roof spoiler. The Design trim makes its own clear statement with a rugged 16” wheel design, plus optional contrasting white roof with white wheel covers and roof rails. The GS comes with 17” Diamond Cut alloy wheels, black roof and logo styling. Better still, we’ve eliminated chrome from the new Frontera’s exterior to be that little bit better for the planet.
