Which vehicles are eligible? PEUGEOT CARE is available on the latest generation of all-electric PEUGEOT models. Your vehicle must be under 8 years old (from first registration) and have less than 100,000 miles on the clock.

What exactly does the coverage include? It covers faulty mechanical or electrical failures, including both parts and labour. (Standard wear and tear, routine maintenance, and accidental damage are excluded).

Does it cost anything to activate? No, PEUGEOT CARE is provided entirely free of charge when you complete your scheduled servicing with us. No extra paperwork is required.

What if I bought my car second-hand or haven't used a Peugeot retailer before? You can still benefit! As long as your vehicle meets the age and mileage criteria and has been serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendations (even by an independent garage), your next service with us will activate your PEUGEOT CARE cover.

If my service is slightly late, do I lose the cover? You have a grace period of 1,200 miles or 2 months after your scheduled service date to keep your eligibility active.

What happens if I sell my car? The PEUGEOT CARE cover stays with the car. If the vehicle is still under 8 years old and under 100,000 miles, the coverage is fully transferable to the new owner.
