I wish to comment on the outstanding customer service I received from your staff of your Nissan branch Basecamp, especially Lee Hanney.

I am writing to express my deep appreciation for the attention and concern shown by him for my purchase of a Nissan Qashqai, as my previous vehicle blew up and caught fire a couple of weeks prior on the way to work. Lee agreed that I could test drive a couple of vehicles, as I wanted to get a feel of them, as I travel 400 miles a week working for the MOD in Brecon. As my vehicle was written off and was without one a few days before Christmas, Matthew Harris kindly agreed to lend me a Micra so that I could complete and finalise my shopping. This was beyond my expectations and I feel it was largely due to the personal attention placed by Lee, Matthew and others within your company, ultimately persuaded me to buy the vehicle from you.

As a Contracts Manger for the MOD dealing with Military Officers and Senior Civil servants on a daily basis, I am responsible to ensure that a very high excellence of customer service is provided by my contractors to them which I have seldom witnessed in the private sector, but Nissan has proved me wrong.

Thanks again for the wonderful service. I will be more likely to purchase a vehicle and would recommend Griffin Mill to friends and family in the future. I wish to thank Mike Johnson for his kind gesture of good will on a mistake that was made with the mileage of my vehicle. I will enjoy my Nissan Qashqai Ntec for years to come and hopefully upgrade again with Griffin Mill in the future.

Thanks for your reply and assurance of your support in the future should anything not go to plan, but to date with the service I have received you will hopefully only receive positive feedback on the service I receive from Griffin Mill.

Another example of good customer service from both Barry and Lee last Sunday: I picked my car up on Saturday and went for a ride in my new car. I planned to go out on Sunday morning for another long ride and found after leaving Aldi by your top garages coming down the hill I could hear a clicking noise from the car. I stopped at the bottom of the hill and found a screw in the front tyre 85 miles on the clock.

We called into your garage as I did not have a screwdriver to remove the screw. Barry got me one and then I went to remove it but it had gone right through. As a back-up Barry gave me one of those cans of tyre inflators should I need to use it as the service engineers were not there. Another good customer service I have received.

Thanks again for today. My experience from start to finish was 1st class and please send my thanks to Robert who managed both my booking and time at the dealership in a very helpful and professional manner.

I feel that the service itself is great value for money and included far more than I expected including a very comprehensive vehicle check and a top of the range 12 months breakdown cover. The car was returned to me immaculate both inside and out and It was so much easier to get to a Nissan main dealer locally rather than have to go into Cardiff or Newport.


Yesterday my wife and I picked up our second-hand Nissan Qashqai from your showroom. I would like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with your team at the Nissan Dealership. I have dealt with many car showrooms in my time and I must say yours is the best I have come across.
