With the appointment of three women in key roles, Pontypridd-based Griffin Mill Garages is breaking the mould in the traditionally male-dominated motor trade industry.
Griffin Mill is a long-established family business that has earned an excellent reputation with both private and commercial clients.
Recent refurbishment of its showrooms, and a new Fiat franchise to add to its list of current manufacturers (Peugeot, Skoda, KIA) herald excellent business growth.
Griffin Mill’s new appointments are:
Sian Griffin, who has been appointed in a business development capacity, concentrating on enhancing links with the local business community and increasing fleet sales for the dealerships four franchises.
Nikki Evans, who has been promoted to Peugeot Sales Manager, having recently returned from maternity leave. She has been with the company for six years. Previous roles include finance sales.
Teresa Milward has been promoted to Group Customer Services' Manager. Teresa has a wealth of experience in the industry having spent 11 years with Griffin Mill as a customer service advisor.
Anthony Griffin, company Managing Director, says:

"We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding service that is both friendly and professional. Many of our customers are female, and we put this down to the fact that they feel comfortable dealing with us.
Our latest appointments reflect our commitment to our customers, and our aim to enhance and grow our successful enterprise in both the commercial and private sectors."
