We are pleased to announce that we are now open for Sales, MOT's, Servicing, Maintenance and vehicle Parts. Bookings are strictly by appointment only.

Please note that we are not operating to full capacity at this current time and to ensure the safety of all of the Griffin Mill family, we are currently operating with a small team. We are anticipating that our responses will take a minimum of 24 hours so please do bear with us – we’re getting back to you as quickly as we can!

We have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that your visit to Griffin Mill is as safe and stress-free as possible. We have introduced safety measures that you will see during your visit to the Service Departments;

  • Customers to have temperature checked on arrival
  • Protective screens fitted to all counters and desks
  • Customers to be given pre-booked appointments to minimise number of customers and reduce time at dealership
  • A maximum of 2 customers allowed in the Service area at a time
  • Social distance measures in place with floor markings
  • All desks and customer areas will be cleaned and wiped down between each customer visit
  • Hand-cleaning stations available throughout dealership
  • All customer vehicles are fully valeted, the cabin sanitised and the car sealed until customer collection
  • Applying protective coverings on seats, steering wheels, gear stick and handbrake
  • All Griffin Mill staff are provided with PPE equipment such as gloves and masks
  • All Griffin Mill employees are fully trained on the new COVID-19 safety procedure
