I recently purchased a used Kia Picanto for my daughter. I'm so impressed with the service I received I had to write and tell you. The salesman Martin Jones was so courteous, from our first meeting nothing was too much trouble. He answered all my concerns and took any worries I had and came back with the answers I needed. He made us feel so special, after sorting out registration of my daughters private plate etc, it was time to collect the car we bought. 
When we arrived we saw her car all sparkling waiting for her to collect. We met Stuart Hooper who sorted out all the paperwork and we were escorted to her car. Martin demonstrated all the controls, the car was immaculate. It's so refreshing to get such excellent service, nothing has been too much trouble. I wanted to let you know how happy I am as one of your customers, and in particular pay praise to Martin.
This is my second car from Griffin Mill, I bought a new Kia Soul in 2011. Both experiences have been faultless with exceptional service on both occasions. I hope you didn't mind me writing to you and let you know. Customer satisfaction is the key to a successful business in my opinion.

Please forgive my intrusion but I felt I must write to extend my grateful thanks and sincere appreciation to your Sales and Service Staff at the Griffin Mill Garage complex in Treforest, Pontypridd.

I have been a customer of your company for the past five to six years whilst in possession of a Kia Carens motor vehicle, not initially purchased from your good-selves I might add, but continuously serviced and repaired by your technical department since then.  During this period of time I have had nothing but the most professional, outstanding and exemplary service from all involved, including the ladies on the Call Centre switchboard, John and Emma on Service Reception, Mike your lead Technician and most recently Mr Matthew Kuck, Sales Executive, Mr Dylan Williams, Business Manager in your Sales Department and Mr Andy Roberts, Brand Manager.

I have most recently purchased a '2012 Registered Kia Ceed Sportswagon' from your company in Griffin Mill, Treforest and the warmth of welcome and reception both my wife and I received from Mr Kuck and Mr Williams was exceptional.  They guided and supported us through the process of finding a suitable vehicle through to the actual purchase agreements and associated paperwork in a methodical yet quiet and most professional manner, their advice given was clear and concise and obviously based on sound professional knowledge and experience; the atmosphere that the business was conducted in was relaxed and informal which all added to our decision to initiate business with your company and purchase the vehicle recommended to us.  

I must add at this juncture that both my wife and I are absolutely delighted with the said vehicle and look forward to years of pleasurable motoring with it!

Andy Roberts was the Sales Advisor who took me through the process from start to finish and he has been a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed of the estimated date the car would be ready, and made the whole process of test driving, ordering, purchasing, and completing the sale feel quick and easy. Considering how new to the market the latest model of the Picanto is, I was impressed by his knowledge of the car and the manner in which he was able to answer any questions I had. Dear Mr Griffin, We met briefly in the cafe at Upper Boat when I was waiting to collect my new Kia Sportage. You told me to write if I had any problems, well I am writing with the opposite. I have purchased many new cars and I have never received such a happy, friendly and professional service as I have this time. From Matthew who sold the car, to Nikki the business manager to Paul and Service who are fixing a few niggly problems. Everyone is always smiling, happy and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble and they all seem experts in their fields. Nikki is extremely professional and very organised and it wasn't too painful handing over such a large amount when it is done in such a pleasant manner. So this email is to say thank you to all your staff that have given such a great service. I will definitely be back in the future when my car is ready to be swapped!

My previous letter to Griffin Mill Garages Ltd was rather acerbic with a pinch of humor to soften the criticisms it contained. What a revelation yesterday! Wow! I'd bought my Kia Rio in for a warranty service check and pre-arranged a courtesy car. A pleasant young man dealt with all the paperwork, all of which had been assembled in advance; checking my driving licence and insurance details and handed me the key of the diminutive Peugeot 107. All in ten minutes flat. What a feisty little motor. Very easy to drive, comfortable and nippy and without any extraneous gizmos or gadgets to worry about. I drove my next door neighbor to Nant Ddu for lunch, which she paid for. (Was it the aftershave or am I a centenarian Lothario?) It was then time to return to Upper Boat to collect my Kia Rio. It had been thoroughly checked and tested and any loose bits torqued up. The lady who was dealing with the paperwork disappeared only to return a few minutes later with a bottle of Glen Moray. Many thanks for that. I shall indulge in an occasional small libation. I don't think the bottle will outlast the Kia Rio though. All in all, a good experience of a well run and caring organisation. I shall be looking for a new and slightly larger vehicle later in the year so that my geriatric Jack Russell can join his geriatric owner in some luxury. Naturally we shall head straight to Griffin Mill Garages Ltd. My grateful thanks to you and please would you be so kind as to post this epistle where all the staff involved can read it. A big well done from me!
