The experienced applicant will manage a team to deliver even greater results through improved motivation, controls, processes and above all, a “Can Do Attitude” is an absolute must. Evidence of a stable career history is essential, as is a proven knowledge of how to run a highly successful volume brand at a main dealership.
You’ll be expected to deliver a consistent performance, whilst maintaining a top quartile CSI status. You will become the role model for the brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets Griffin Mill apart and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement.
