Purchasing a new car can at times be a difficult and stressful experience as there are pit falls and options to make. However, Kelly has made my experience at your Showroom a complete pleasure. She showed me professionalism and expertise in her approach. She took time to explain matters to me and advised me the option that was in my best interests.
I feel that you should be proud to have such an experienced staff with high calibre such as Kelly who certainly would be a valuable asset to any company.

I would like to complement you on the following team at Griffin Mill, Mr Andy Roberts and Ms Nikki Evans, I have just recently purchased Two Peugeot Cars from you 207cc Convertible and a 308 Active, both within seven days. I must first of all compliment Mr Andy Roberts on the way he conducted himself from the very start of meeting him, this was evident during our discussion on purchasing a New 308. He has been very pleasant and patient at all meetings held with him. Andy is very professional and committed in his customer care and approach, this was again apparent, when dealing with my wife Pauline when she also purchased her new 207cc Convertible.
Andy was excellent on the handover of both cars, on both of the collection days, this again assured Pauline and I on how professional he is, and a pleasure to deal with.
Ms Nikki Evans again showed professionalism when dealing with all of the finance, explaining all issues, which included Gap Insurance, all documentation, tax etc; again Pauline and I found Nikki to be bubbly and effervescent when to talking to her, nothing was to much trouble.
Nikki was meticulous and again professional in her approach when going through all of the admin / finance issues on both purchases.
It is very rare that people do not give praise were it's due, may I take this opportunity in thanking these two excellent members of your team at Griffin Mill , and we look forward in the future,to a good and long relationship with all staff at Griffin Mill.

I am writing to tell you of the very positive experience I have had while purchasing my brand new Kia Picanto 2 from Griffin Mill.
Andy Roberts was the Sales Advisor who took me through the process from start to finish and he has been a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed of the estimated date the car would be ready, and made the whole process of test driving, ordering, purchasing, and completing the sale feel quick and easy. Considering how new to the market the latest model of the Picanto is, I was impressed by his knowledge of the car and the manner in which he was able to answer any questions I had. I have also been assisted by Nikki, Barry and Jacky while purchasing my car and they were all very helpful and friendly.
I have reflected my positive experience in the Kia surveys online, and I look forward to working with Griffin Mill again.
I wish to commend one of your staff Mr Nick Parry on the excellent service he provides at all times to your customers. I have just purchased my 6th Car with Griffin Mill, and with the current financial situation in the country this is a big achievement by your company, with your competitors offering very attractive deals.
I research all other dealers in South Wales and indeed West of England before purchasing a car, and time after time I cannot fault Nick's knowledge and honesty.
I am a manager myself and acknowledge how important good trustworthy staff are and how the the company is portrayed to highest level. Nick certainly does this time after time.

With regard to the purchase of my ‘Sportage’ August 2007 I can say that my dealings with Mr. Fitzgerald (Sales) could not be faulted — here was a gentleman with the traditional skill of simple customer care paramount in his dealing.

I collected our Skoda Superb hatchback 1.9 tdi S yesterday and I am delighted with it.
This was my first Motability car and I certainly came to the right place to choose it. From the moment I arrived Griffin Mill staff have gone out of their way to provide a first class service, everyone was helpful and friendly.
Many, many thanks to all at Griffin Mill and especially the two gentlemen who helped me through the process. I am now the proud keeper of a great car which is a delight to drive.
My initial purchase didn't quite go to plan. My main concerns where soon addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently when I brought these issues to the attention of the appropriate personnel.

My previous letter to Griffin Mill Garages Ltd was rather acerbic with a pinch of humor to soften the criticisms it contained. What a revelation yesterday! Wow!
I'd bought my Kia Rio in for a warranty service check and pre-arranged a courtesy car. A pleasant young man dealt with all the paperwork, all of which had been assembled in advance; checking my driving licence and insurance details and handed me the key of the diminutive Peugeot 107. All in ten minutes flat.
What a feisty little motor. Very easy to drive, comfortable and nippy and without any extraneous gizmos or gadgets to worry about. I drove my next door neighbor to Nant Ddu for lunch, which she paid for. (Was it the aftershave or am I a centenarian Lothario?)
It was then time to return to Upper Boat to collect my Kia Rio. It had been thoroughly checked and tested and any loose bits torqued up. The lady who was dealing with the paperwork disappeared only to return a few minutes later with a bottle of Glen Moray. Many thanks for that. I shall indulge in an occasional small libation. I don't think the bottle will outlast the Kia Rio though.
All in all, a good experience of a well run and caring organisation. I shall be looking for a new and slightly larger vehicle later in the year so that my geriatric Jack Russell can join his geriatric owner in some luxury. Naturally we shall head straight to Griffin Mill Garages Ltd.

I'd just like to place on record my thanks for the way you dealt with my auto gearbox repair on my Renault Scenic. Staff have been very polite, informative, helpful and supportive. They keep me updated. Showroom clean and airy, range of cars excellent so I could try lots out before picking one, staff advised other things that may help me also. Fab!
I am writing to ask you to thank your service receptionists on my behalf for their help in sorting out a recent problem with my car which was 13 days out of Manufacturer's Warranty.
I had called the Skoda Customer Care number myself to ask could they help with resolving the problem (a rattle in the tailgate and nearside passenger front door) which had developed, the vehicle is one owner has full service history with Griffin Mill and covered only 18,000 miles. Skoda were less than helpful, which surprised me, given the publicity they promote. So I decided to call your garage in the hope I could get some help.
I know some of your front desk service team from my visits for service and recently an MOT, and explained the problem, Roger asked if I could bring the car in that afternoon and if the rattles could be fixed quickly then there would be no charge and carried out under your goodwill programme.
I brought the Skoda Fabia in, and one of your technicians looked at the trouble, took the car away and returned a short time later with the rattles fixed. Absolutely brilliant. Other members of your service team also very worthy of a mention are Theresa and Kai. I would like them to know how helpful they are.
Other dealerships could learn a lot from your policy. I will recommend Griffin Mill to friends and family. Thank you.
Finally as we plan to keep the Skoda Fabia for another year or longer given the low mileage can I purchase an extended warranty with you, I would be interested in finding out which that might cost and the level of cover provided if available.
